A&H Claims Examiner
Responsibilities:
- Examine Technical claim for A&H & Travel claims (Investigate, verify and analyze data of claims to ensure that claims are valid and payment are made according to policy provisions, in accordance with company practices and procedures)
- Correspondence with customer, agent, brokers and travel agent
- Maintain contact with third party such as hospital, providers
- Manage claim status (outstanding, close file ratio)
- Maintain relationship with business partner (meeting with product owners)
- Process claims within designated authority level;
- Supervise the team members
- Prepare report
- Establish standard service
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of A&H & Travel claims experience;
- Excellent knowledge of systems and PC applications (Windows, Outlook, MS Word, Excel and database administration);
- Excellent communication skills (both written & oral) and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with other team members and clients;
- Superior customer service skills;
- Strong analytical, planning and organization skills;
- Proven ability to work independently, perform well under pressure, regularly meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment and effectively handle multiple priorities;
- Demonstrates initiative, dependability and accountability for high quality result;
- Quick to learn and adapt.
- Able to work in a team
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities, majoring in law.
- Have minimum 8 years experience in Legal at law firm, insurance or banking, preferably from insurance industry.
- Could work as a team or individual.
- Have good communication in English is a must, both oral and written.
- Deep understanding of all Indonesian Law aspect and good knowledge of legal-related matters in multinational company and familiar in liaising with government institutions.
- Attention to detail, self starter and strong analytical mind.
Responsibilities:
Program Aim
To bring on board high quality individuals who, at the end of a 12 month trainee period, will have a well rounded, basic understanding of all business aspects, required for their eventual involvement in the organization’s management functions.
Working Conditions
Management Associates need to be prepared to work in a variety of situations, including team membership or individual assignments, intended to demonstrate self initiative and the ability, where required, to “think outside the box”. They report to department / section heads and regularly interact with specifically assigned mentors.
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree from any Major with GPA/IPK minimum 3.00 (scale of 4) from reputable universities
- Maximum 25 year old
- Applicants should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Has a record of activities in campus or out of campus organizations
- Have leadership skills, be self-motivated and willing to work hard, be proactive
- Fluent in oral and written English.
Management Associates graduating from the program, based on the Chartis performance review and appraisal standards, will be assigned to entry level managerial positions, as stepping stones to future promotions.
