Management Trainee (Master Degree)
Requirements:

• Male / Female, Single, Max. 27 years old.
• Master Degree (Fresh Graduate) with max. 2 years experiences after graduate from Bachelor Degree Program.
• GPA Min. 3.3 (scale 4.0) of reputable University, Preferable Major from Economics, Management, Engineering, IT, Law, Psychology, Science, Public Health.
• Leadership skill proven in organizational experiences/extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Good communication skill in English for both oral and written, having English certification (TOEFL/IELTS) is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, Target oriented, Quick response.
• Able to work as a team or as an individual.
• Capable of multitasking and having passion to work extra mile.

Finance & Accounting Department Head (Managerial Level)
Responsibilities:

• To ensure finance, accounting and collection process are running well and all policies related to all of it are well implemented.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree, major in Finance & Accounting.
• Having background min. 3 years as Finance & Accounting Manager is a must.
• Having experiences in General Insurance is preferred.
• Good leadership and multitasking.
• Good skill in Ms. Office.

Marketing Executive (Supervisor Level)
Task & Responsibility:

• Execute sales & marketing strategy though several distribution channel as business to business or retail.
• Prepare presentation, quotations and all things which will be needed in order to execute sales & marketing strategy.
• Maintain a good relationship with new clients and existing clients.
• Create all report which related to process of sales & marketing.

Qualification:

• Male/Female max 30th years old.
• Having experience min 3 years in sales/marketing background.
• Min. Diploma from reputable university.
• Able to speak English both oral and written
• Having strong knowledge and skill in General Insurance industry.
• Strong verbal communication skill, particularly in formal presentation scenarios.
• Good initiatives, proactive and highly motivated to achieve target.
• Having good skill in computer literature.
• Able to work under pressure, good team work and multitasking.
